KuLa Hungária Investment and Counselling Limited Liability Company was founded by private persons in 1993. The enterprise is mainly engaged in the letting and purchasing of real estates and the realising of projects with investing own funds. The real estates owned by the company are in District 3 of Budapest, in the neighbourhood of Kolosy Square.

The company was engaged in the purchasing of blocks of freehold flats until 2003. It realised its first own-investment project in 2004 under the address 63, Bécsi Street, a corner building, where business premises and offices are placed together with underground parking lots.

The company finished its latest project in winter, 2014, the Wiener Eck Budapest Business, Office and Dwelling Building. The office building of some 1600 sq. m net area with underground parking lots on two levels was built in a style fitting in old Óbuda. As a consequence, the building is a combination of the old- and the modern-age styles with a nice appearance fitting in the street view of Óbuda, realised with the application of the most up-to-date materials and technologies. The aim of the project was the building of a high-level business, office and dwelling building, which by its economical operation, utilizing the natural resources, protects the environment at the same time.

KuLa Hungária LLC operates the buildings itself. Maintenance and treatment are continuous; thus they are always handed over in their best states. As a result of economical operation the operating costs are rather low, so they offer leasing opportunity for small and medium-size enterprises at an excellent price to value ratio as compared to the neighbourhood.
